What Items Can I Return?

All items are returnable with the exception of final sale items below:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products

Can I Exchange Items?

No we do not offer exchanges, however we welcome you to return items in accordance with our return policy.

Our Return Policy

  • We allow returns within 7 days of your delivery date. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags and returned in original packaging.
  • All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Real Primp's part.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process it and issue your refund back to your original form of payment. Times may vary depending on each bank.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

How Do I Submit A Return

  • Fill out the return form and submit it to Real Primp.
  • Once a Real Primp representative reviews your submission, upon accordance with our return policy, a return address will be provided via email.
  • Ship returned items to the address provided using a facility of your choosing.
    • Note: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Real Primp's part.
  • Once the returned items are received and processed we will issue your refund to the original payment used.
